The whole atmosphere of the hotel is nice. The lobby itself already shows the excellence of its service. Friendly, atmospheric, luxurious.
While, yes, it was roughly 20-30m away from the city center, it still has a great connection with the bus, which is just a small step away from the hotel.
The bar is well-stocked, and while I haven't tried the restaurant or breakfast, it still looks amazing and tasty.
The staff was amiable, attending to all the needs you might have, even if it caught them off guard, by requesting a lower temperature in the room 😅😅
If I return to Zagreb, I'll stay with them again, for sure.
I stayed there for 4 days and i had an amazing experience. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of products, the room was definitely comfortable. Even though it was a single room, the bed was not too small. The shower was amazing, as well as the amenities in the room. The staff was always helpful and sweet.
Room was clean an neat. Very spacious with large bathroom, small office space and little seating area but cramped up space to make coffee.
Unfortunately the view was onto a construction site.
Bedding and pillows were nice and fluffy. Overall a lovely stay!

Hotel was good. Its located fairly close to the airport. Staff was friendly and efficient. The restaurant , Nicholas, was good., Food was good and server was attentive.
The lighting in the room was a bit too dark. Certain areas could use some lights.
